One reviewer said that this product is very heavy and hard to move about. This can be an inconvenience for some, especially those who want to travel around. Also, the customer complained that he had to wait for hours before he was able to use the machine. He also had problems with the machine itself, since the “add water” signal kept turning on, even if he thought he added enough water.
After trying and failing, he finally succeeded to make the machine work. It was able to pop out medium sized ice cubes in seven minutes. He placed a gallon of water and made ice cubes that could fill a three gallon sized bags. However, after the water level dropped too low, the machine stopped making ice.
The ice, as a result was not too impressive either, according to the user. He said that the ice cubes were to “plasticky” on the tongue.
